Splash alternative
Splash is an Impostor-led party app for 3 to 20 people, with about 22,000 ratings on the US App Store. Aura also has Impostor on one phone, and adds online rooms with built-in voice chat and live translation. Pick Splash if you want a larger proven crowd favourite, Aura if some friends join from elsewhere.
Jackbox alternative
Jackbox runs on a host device with a shared screen, and players join from their phones. Only the host pays. If you have no screen to share, Aura's one-phone games need nothing else.
Heads Up! alternative
Heads Up! is the classic phone-on-forehead game and costs $1.99 on the US App Store. Aura includes the same idea as Who Am I?, alongside its other games.
Picolo alternative
Picolo gives a group rules and dares to follow at a party. Aura's Spin the Bottle and Never Have I Ever fill a similar evening, and every game has its own rules on screen.
