1. Acceptance
By using Aura Games (the app and auragames.app) you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is provided by Mert Melih Aytemur as an individual. Contact: sketchhero.team@gmail.com.
2. Who can use Aura
You must be at least 18 years old to use Aura, and you confirm this when you create an account. Some games have drinking rules and adult content; they are only for people over the legal drinking age. Drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and never pressure anyone to drink.
3. Your account
Your account is created with your Google or Apple sign-in and is yours; you may not transfer it. You are responsible for everything done with your account. You can delete it at any time in the app.
4. Community rules
Aura is for having fun with friends. You must not:
- harass, threaten or bully anyone, or post hate speech or discrimination;
- share sexual content without consent, or other people's private information;
- post any content or behave in any way that sexualises minors;
- break the law, scam, spam, or impersonate someone;
- try to disrupt, overload or get around the security of the app.
You can report content and behaviour that breaks these rules, and block people, from inside the app.
5. Child safety
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Accounts found with such content or behaviour are closed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities as the law requires. You can report this from inside the app with the “A child is at risk” reason, or to sketchhero.team@gmail.com; these reports are reviewed first.
6. What you share
Your messages, voice messages, profile and what you write in games are yours. You give us permission to use that content only to provide the service (for example, to deliver a message to its recipient). You are responsible for what you share.
7. Moderation and restrictions
We review reports, may remove content that breaks the rules, and may restrict accounts temporarily or permanently. For serious violations (child safety, sexual content, threats of violence) the account is suspended immediately.
8. The service
Aura is free and provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove games and features. The app's content (games, cards, artwork) is ours or licensed to us.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from using or being unable to use the service. What you do during games, including drinking, is your own responsibility.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in. We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app. Continuing to use Aura after a change means you accept the updated terms.
